AP High Court Grants YSRCP Leaders Anticipatory Bail

The Andhra Pradesh High Court today granted significant relief to YSRCP leaders. In the case of the attack on the TDP office, the court has granted anticipatory bail to YSRCP leaders. Prominent leaders, including Lella Appi Reddy, Talasila Raghuram, RK, and Sajjala, received relief from the High Court in this case.
Additionally, in the attack case on Chandrababu Naidu’s residence, the court granted anticipatory bail to Devineni Avinash.

Similarly, the High Court has also granted anticipatory bail to Jogi Ramesh in the same case. The court has postponed the further hearing of these cases to the 16th of this month.

The High Court has ordered that no arrests be made until the 16th of this month.

Background of the Cases Against YSRCP Leaders

The cases of the attack on the TDP office and the attack on Chandrababu Naidu’s residence have become significant topics of discussion in the political arena. With the filing of cases against YSRCP leaders in these two incidents, there was an expectation that they might be arrested.

Bail in the TDP Office Attack Case

Lella Appi Reddy, Talasila Raghuram, RK, and Sajjala are accused in the TDP office attack case. After reviewing the case, the High Court granted anticipatory bail to these leaders, providing them with significant relief.

Relief for Devineni Avinash

Devineni Avinash, accused in the attack on Chandrababu Naidu’s residence, was also granted anticipatory bail by the High Court. This verdict has brought considerable relief to him politically.

Anticipatory Bail for Jogi Ramesh

Jogi Ramesh, also accused in this case, has been granted anticipatory bail.

The next hearing in these cases is scheduled for the 16th of this month. The High Court has clearly ordered that the accused should not be arrested until then. This verdict has provided temporary relief to the YSRCP leaders.
