Attack Incident Details
YSRCP Annamaiah District President and former MLA Srikanth Reddy condemned the attack on MP Mithun Reddy’s vehicles, calling it cowardly. He stated that MP PV Mithun Reddy, elected democratically, was on a tour in Punganur when hundreds of TDP members attacked and damaged his vehicles with stones as he visited former MP Reddeppa’s house.
Deterioration of Law and Order
Since the TDP came to power, a series of murders, attacks, property destruction, and demolitions have mocked democracy. Srikanth Reddy mentioned that such incidents have never occurred before and urged the police to take immediate action to restore peace and protect everyone.

Srikanth Reddy expressed concern over the brutal murder of YSRCP leader Rashid in full view of the public in Vinukonda, highlighting the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
Rapes and Murders
He lamented the ongoing series of child rapes, calling it highly unfortunate and painful. The recent rape and murder of a nine-year-old girl in Muchumarri, Nandyal district, whose body is yet to be found, was described as tragic. Srikanth Reddy urged the government to address such incidents immediately, safeguard law and order, and prove their commitment to the people.
Since the TDP came to power, the state’s law and order situation has deteriorated. Such incidents are against democratic principles, noted YSRCP leaders. Let us hope the government policies and police actions will contribute to public safety.
