Bharatiya Janata Party Meeting
During the extensive Bharatiya Janata Party meeting held in Shamshabad, Malkajgiri MP Etela Rajender took part and criticized Revanth Reddy’s government harshly. He stated that the government has lost the confidence of unemployed youth in a very short time.
Remarks from Political Leaders
Speaking at the meeting, Etela Rajender said that the government is not functioning effectively in providing bills to contractors and sarpanches for the work they have done. He mentioned that the finance department is raising its hands, saying they don’t have the authority to issue the bills.
He pointed out that the government is demanding an advance payment of eight percent for every bill to be released. He accused Revanth Reddy’s government of fostering a corrupt culture where money is taken for every bill.
Problems Faced by Students and Projects
Rajender also stated that RRR tax is being collected even from engineering and medical colleges, which is why managements are charging higher fees from students. He said it is unjust to charge exorbitant amounts for building construction permits as well.
Problems of People and Unfulfilled Promises
He criticized the situation of Telangana people, saying it is like jumping from the frying pan into the fire, and accused the Congress government of looting the public like grasshoppers. He mentioned that Revanth Reddy failed to implement G.O. Nos. 58 and 59, which he had promised.
He expressed concern over the announcement of long-residing lands in Uppal as Waqf lands, causing mental distress to the residents. He also condemned the demolition of houses in Peerzadiguda, bought and built years ago, due to political vendetta.
BJP’s Goal
Etela Rajender stated that their goal is to deliver justice to the people and the state. He mentioned that the BJP is waging a battle for the poor and has the strength to confront this government. He asserted that there is no chance for the BRS party to regain power and that the Bharatiya Janata Party will win whenever elections are held.
Message
Etela Rajender called on leaders to stay continuously in the public domain and expose the government’s failures. He urged BJP leaders to work with people from all sections and bring out the malpractices of the government.
Speaking to the public, Etela Rajender said, “Everyone should perform their duties and work honestly for the people. The public has placed their hopes in us, and it is our duty to uphold that trust.”
