A daring robbery took place in Kamareddy district, Bichkunda Mandal, where miscreants managed to steal an entire ATM machine containing ₹3.95 lakh in cash on Tuesday night. The incident has left the local community in shock and raised concerns about the security of ATMs in the region.

In a swift and audacious move, the robbers broke into the SBI ATM located in Bichkunda Mandal center. According to preliminary information, the theft occurred around 3 AM. Within just three minutes, the thieves managed to uproot the ATM and flee the scene.

Banswada DSP Satyanarayana and CI Naresh inspected the crime scene soon after the incident was reported. As per the details provided by SI Moman Reddy, the robbery was executed with precision at 3:20 AM. The robbers were able to gain access to the ATM and take off with the machine containing ₹3.95 lakh.

Police Actions

Branch Chief Manager Mohan Rao has lodged a complaint, following which a case has been registered and investigation is underway. The police reviewed CCTV footage from the cameras installed at the main junction on the national highway, which indicated that the robbers were heading towards Maharashtra.
