Teacher Allocation Guidelines
The new guidelines are as follows:
For schools with 1-10 students, one teacher will be assigned.
For schools with 11-40 students, two teachers will be assigned.
For schools with 41-60 students, three teachers will be assigned.
For schools with more than 60 students, all sanctioned posts will be filled.
These changes are expected to significantly reduce the student-teacher ratio, allowing for more personalized and effective teaching methods.
Comparing with Previous Administration
Under the previous KCR administration, the guidelines were slightly different:
For schools with 1-19 students, one teacher was assigned.
For schools with 20-60 students, two teachers were assigned.
For schools with 61-90 students, three teachers were assigned.
Due to these policies, around 4,500 schools were closed, which had a significant impact on the education system.
