Nara Lokesh, the general secretary of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), introduced the ‘Red Book’ as a means to keep track of government officials who, according to him, acted unlawfully and targeted TDP members under the instructions of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP). Lokesh asserted that these officials had filed false cases and misused their authority, and he promised to hold them accountable once TDP comes to power.
