CPM Urges Support for Nandepu Srinivas
The CPI District Secretary, Tatipaka Madhu, has strongly appealed to the Aryapuram Cooperative Urban Bank members to vote for Nandepu Srinivas in the upcoming board elections. Madhu highlighted the numerous irregularities that occurred under Challa Shankarrao’s chairmanship and emphasized the need for a communist party member on the board to ensure the bank’s proper functioning and welfare.

During the city committee meeting held today at the local CPI office by Kondrapu Rambabu, Madhu stressed the importance of electing Nandepu Srinivas. He noted that the Nandepu belt has many prominent personalities serving as directors. He reiterated that only with a communist party member on the board can the cooperative system thrive and the bank be protected.
Support from Notable Figures
Jampeta Bank Director Mahanti Lakshman Rao, a prominent artist and Vice President of the Prajanatya Mandali, echoed Madhu’s sentiments. He praised the communist party for its support in keeping the Aryapuram Bank afloat and on the path to profitability, urging members to vote for Nandepu Srinivas to safeguard the bank’s future.
Union Leaders Advocate for Nandepu Belt
CPI City Secretary V. Kondalarao pointed out that union leader Rambabu is contesting in the Nandepu belt, emphasizing his credentials as a labour leader. Kondalarao called for a massive majority for the Nandepu belt members, ensuring their victory in the upcoming elections.

The meeting saw participation from various CPI city assistant secretaries including Sappa Ramana, Nalla Ramarao, Nauruji, Bhadra Rao, Sepeni Ramanamma, Edla Lakshmi, K. Srinivas, Chintalapudi Sunil, Satyanarayana, T. Nageswara Rao, Jio Ramarao, Ramakrishna, and Shankarrao. They all united in supporting Nandepu Srinivas, emphasizing the need for strong leadership to steer the bank towards a prosperous future.
