WhatsApp Block Sparks Change in Communication
Minister Nara Lokesh has urged the public to send their problems and requests to his personal email ID, hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in, due to an overwhelming number of messages causing his WhatsApp to be blocked. The minister, dedicated to resolving public issues, has taken this step to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving.
A New Approach to Public Issues
The Minister of Education and IT, Nara Lokesh, has been tirelessly working to address the concerns of the citizens. However, due to the high volume of messages on his WhatsApp, Meta blocked his account. To tackle this, Lokesh announced that all issues should now be sent to his personal email ID, hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in. He assured that he would personally check the emails and work towards resolving the problems.
Public Engagement and Problem-Solving
During his election campaign, Nara Lokesh promised to keep his doors open to the public, and since taking office, he has conducted daily public hearings at his Undavalli residence to understand and address people’s issues. In a recent incident, Lokesh resolved the problems of 25 differently-abled students after receiving a message on his WhatsApp.
Email for Direct Communication
Due to the technical issues caused by the flood of messages on WhatsApp, the minister has requested that people send their problems to his email ID, hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in. This email was created during his “Hello Lokesh” program, which brought him closer to the youth. Lokesh has assured that he will personally handle all the emails and provide solutions.
Guidelines for Sending Emails
Nara Lokesh has requested the public to include their name, village, mobile number, email ID, and detailed description of their issue in their emails. He emphasized that he would respond to the emails and work towards solving the problems, ensuring that no technical difficulties hinder communication.
