In a recent speech, K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) strongly disapproves of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s comments on unemployed youth and students. KTR demanded an immediate retraction of Reddy’s statements and an apology to the youth.
KTR’s Outrage Against Revanth Reddy
KTR criticized Revanth Reddy for his negligent and arrogant remarks, accusing him of demeaning Mothilal, who is actively fighting for the rights of the unemployed. Reddy, who benefited from coaching centers in Ashok Nagar, is now insulting those centers and the students attending them. KTR emphasized that this very youth questioned the government’s actions today.
Unfulfilled Promises
KTR questioned how the government, which has not issued a single notification in the past eight months, plans to release two lakh job notifications in the remaining four months. KTR stated that the youth, who once supported the government, are now seeking answers.
Rallying for the Youth
KTR assured us that they would continue to fight alongside students and the unemployed, emphasizing that this is not just a political issue but one that affects millions of youth. He urged Revanth Reddy to make decisions without ego and to issue a white paper on job notifications, job calendars, and employment opportunities.
Criticism of Revanth Reddy’s Approach
Revanth Reddy’s comments, labeling students as “nobodies,” were met with severe backlash. KTR pointed out that the Congress party promised to maintain a 1:100 ratio for Group 1 exams, which Revanth Reddy should now fulfill. The government has failed to meet its promises, leading to widespread disappointment among the youth.
Demand for Accountability
KTR called for immediate positive action on the demands of the unemployed, including increasing posts in Group 2 and Group 3 exams and conducting the promised Mega DSC with 50,000 jobs. He criticized the government for not fulfilling its promises and the Chief Minister’s derogatory remarks towards the unemployed youth.
