1. Mega DSC Notification:
- Naidu signed the first file to issue DSC notifications for filling 16,347 teacher posts, a promise he made during the election campaign to boost educational infrastructure.
2. Increasing Pensions:
- Social security pensions for the elderly, widows, and other beneficiaries will be increased from ₹3,000 to ₹4,000, reflecting his commitment to improving social welfare.
3. Repeal of AP Land Titling Act:
- The controversial Land Titling Law, enacted on October 31, 2023, by the previous government, faced severe criticism from the NDA alliance for allegedly allowing land grabs. Naidu signed a file to repeal this act to protect citizens’ property rights.
4. Reopening of Anna Canteens:
- During his previous tenure, the TDP government had opened 183 Anna Canteens across Andhra Pradesh to provide affordable meals. These were discontinued by the YSRCP government. Naidu has now signed a file to restore and renovate these canteens, ensuring access to affordable meals.
5. Conducting Skill Census:
- Naidu signed a file to conduct a skill census in the state. This initiative aims to assess and enhance the skill levels of the workforce, aligning with the broader goal of economic development and job creation.
