Police say Richie Chow, 12, has been missing since Monday and his family is concerned for his welfare.

Police have issued an urgent appeal for public assistance to help find a 12-year-old boy who has been missing from south Sydney for three days.

Richie Chow was last seen leaving his house in Sirius Place, Riverwood, at 3am on Monday.

His family and police are concerned for Richie’s welfare due to his young age.

He is known to frequent Sydney CBD and Hurstville areas.

Richie is described as being of Asian appearance, about 180cm tall, of slim build with black hair and brown eyes and is possibly wearing a hooded jumper.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 1800 333 000.
