UFC 255 exploded right out of the blocks on the prelimiry card with an explosive three-round war between two fighters making their debut.

The rollercoaster fight between Sasha Palatnikov and Louis Cosce left UFC commentator stunned as the fight left both fighters collapsed on the floor.

The momentum of the fight changed hands repeatedly throughout the fight with both welterweights recovering from crazy strikes that left them an inch from being stopped.

In the end it was Palatnikov that ended the madness with a TKO late in the third round after he caught Cosce trying to protect his head when finding himself on the floor in a dangerous position.

The fight was finally called when Palatnikov landed a series of blows to Cosce’s head.

Before the finish, the fight descended into chaos.

Rogan was screaming into his microphone in the first round after Palatnikov landed hammer fists, but found himself desperately hanging on when Cosce rocked him with a nice jab.

Before the round was finished, though, Palatnikov finished the round with a sweet spinning back fist that dropped Cosce.

“Oh, my goodness, oh my god, what a way to start the night,” Rogan said as Cosce took control.

“Madness in that first round, absolute madness,” he said.

“A very close round in chaosville.”

Both fighters were warned in the later rounds for accidental groin shots, but the insane fight carried on with both fighters exhausted.

With Cosce left collapsed on the Octagon floor with the referee covering him, Palatnikov also collapsed to the ground with pure elation.

Palatnikov only took the fight at two weeks’ notice to make his debut in the promotion.

He seems certain to get another look.

“You give me a full camp and I’ll take out anyone in that division,” Palatnikov said.
