The All Blacks have been dealt a heavy blow ahead of today’s second Bledisloe Cup Test, with dynamic outside back Rieko Ioane ruled out on game day.

Ioane was cut from the team’s match-day squad, having been named on the bench earlier in the week, after tweaking his hamstring.

Ioane was dropped to the bench after his epic blunder in the opening Test, where he lost the ball when attempting to score a try late in the first half of the dramatic 16-all draw.

He’s been replaced by Peter Umaga-Jensen, who is set to make his Test debut.

There are no such concerns for the Wallabies, who had been sweating on the fitness of Harry Wilson after the young No.8 suffered a stomach virus in the lead up to the game.

But Wilson has recovered and will take his place as the Wallabies look to end a 34-year Eden Park hoodoo.

Follow all the build up and action with our live blog ahead of the 2pm kick-off.
