Most fans of The Haunting of Bly Manor have already finished binge-watching the second season on Netflix, after it dropped on the streaming service last week.
However, flocking to Twitter, they all agree they were left terrified and unable to close their eyes after watching the horror anthology.
The Haunting of Bly Manor stars Victoria Pedretti and Rahul Kohli, and is the second instalment of the series.
Set in 1980s England, after the tragic death of an au pair, Henry Wingrave hires a young American nanny to help care for his orphaned niece and nephew who live with him in Bly Manor, along with the chef Owen, groundskeeper Jamie and housekeeper Mrs Grose.

In a classic horror move, it becomes clear the manor is filled with centuries of dark secrets.
Taking to Twitter, fans were really impressed with how scary the show was.
“The haunting of bly manor is perfectly splendid,” one person tweeted.
A second wrote: “If you ain’t watching the haunting of bly manor through squinted eyes and the cracks of your fingers, lose my number and @. Psychopath.”
A third viewer added: “I’m watching the haunting of bly manor and i forgot rahul kohli was in it so now i have to watch it without covering my eyes when the scary parts are showing.”
Another tweeted: “Binge watching The Haunting of Bly Manor! Its sooooo good!!!”
However, one particular part of the season has left viewers rather annoyed.
Flora, played by nine-year-old Amelie Bea Smith irritated fans with her ‘perfectly splendid’ phrase that was repeated throughout the season.
Posting on Twitter one person asked: “How many times is this little girl gonna say ‘perfectly splendid’?”
Someone else posted: “The Haunting of Bly Manor has me saying, ‘perfectly splendid’ in almost every sentence and it’s hard to stop.”
Another joked: “Y’all started The Haunting of Bly Manor yet? On edge already and it’s only episode one. Ain’t nothing ‘perfectly splendid’ about how high my blood pressure is man …”
One fan even hilariously pointed out that Amelie Bea Smith is also the voice for Peppa Pig, the children’s animation.
“The girl who played Flora voiced Peppa Pig? excuse me I can’t,” wrote a fan.
Someone else added: “Flora is Peppa Pig and it’s perfectly splendid.”
The success of the second season isn’t that much of a surprise, seeing as season one, The Haunting of Hill House was a huge hit.
In season one, viewers followed the trauma one family endured while growing up and living in the haunted Hill House mansion.
The Crain family with their five children were forced out of the house, with the grown-up children to return 26 years later.
