Bollywood’s eternal beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan added another feather to her already loaded cap. The former Miss Universe was conferred with the inaugural Meryl Streep Award for Excellence at the first Women in Film and Festival (WIFT) India Award. Now, the actress who was last seen in Fanney Khan, has shared pictures from the award ceremony on social media. Posing with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan and mother Brindya Rai, Ash looked stunning as always.

At the WIFT Awards, Aishwarya was spotted wearing a Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla creation, that was essentially a black gown with pleated tulle and gold embellishments.

Aaradhya looked cute in a pink dress with a red floral headband.

Aishwarya shared pictures after the awards event on her social media.

Aishwarya also shared a thanking note on her Instagram handle. Posting a picture with the same, she wrote, “A Heartfelt THANK YOU to ALLLL my well-wishers from India & All around the world,for being my Inspiration n Strength ?? God Bless and all my love too?

Apart from Aishwarya, Janhvi Kapoor too attended the awards ceremony. Janhvi was selected for the WIFT Emerald Award for her debut in Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter earlier this year.

Earlier, Aishwarya Rai shared some lovely clicks from her Raksha Bandhan celebrations. 

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan joined Instagram a few months ago and her posts are mostly with and about her mother and daughter.

On the work front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen in Fanney Khan. Also, she will be reportedly sharing screen space with husband Abhishek Bachchan in Anurag Kashyap’s Gulab Jamun.
