As reported by the Indian Express, someone close to Deepika Padukone said, “It’s not her house or office which has caught fire. It has happened on the 32nd floor. The fire brigade is on their way already. Deepika is on the set shooting for her brand. Her staff has evacuated the apartment.”
The Padmaavat actress bought an apartment in the building with father Prakash Padukone in 2010. The house has been jointly registered in the name of Deepika Padukone and Prakash Padukone. Rumours have it that Deepika Padukone is also planning to shift with Ranveer Singh’s family after marriage.
